    I ordered 5 products on the same day. Issue 1: The seller somehow split the items and sent them in two separate parcels. One parcel was sent quickly, the other one was sent 10 days after. No explanation was provided. Issue 2: One of the things I bought were not sent. Seller didn't notify me, nor did they answer me when I asked about the missing item. Issue 3: The seller stated that they would combine shipping and refund the extra shipping costs, but never did, even after I explicitly asked.
