  REALLY AWFUL SELLER. Sent wrong item got in touch with them but never got back. Ebay said the seller would send a return label but they just sent their address so I would have to pay return postage, they did this twice in the end I phoned customer service who said the seller should have supplied the label. Ebay refunded me. Buyers be careful and if they just send their address instead of a return label phone customer service and tell them. Sellers like this give Ebay a bad name which is unfair

  The seller never replies.ive ordered 2 lots of 8mm lashes & been sent what looks like a 10mm size .the seller has wrote the size there 'selves on the box .I've asked to be sent the right size but the, don't even bother to reply so won't be purchasing from these again .

  I v have sent this seller many messages regarding only receiving one pkt of straps when I bought two pkts, so far not replied, now looking like I have to contact Ebay, mostly out of principle for not even replying to my messages. Fir this reason not recommending this seller
