    The item was never received. We followed the tracking to the depot 'first Depot' (note The courier firm is EVRI) and it never moved from there. On advising the seller, they immediately checked and then advised they had forwarded a (48 hour delivery) replacement. It too disappeared. On advising the seller he provided a prompt and full repayment of the purchase cost. The seller was superb, but questions have to be asked how EVRI can lose 2 consignments.
