Delivery was slower than expected but tracking info shows that this was not due to seller (+ there were cyclone disruptions).     Package is still not sent and it has been over a month now. Seller is terrible at communication. Has sent nothing but the exact wording “package will be delivered asap thank you” which seems automated and not helpful whatsoever. It has been over a month and I am still not able to accurately identify the packages whereabouts. On top of that I only see that the package has been delayed with STILL no estimate time.This has overall been a pretty terrible experience purchasing from a trusted source.
