  Sold as new. Not new. Not in a sealed box. It's supposed come in plastic sealed box. Even the power supply did not have the plastic wrap on it. It was opebed box.This Seller is a cheat. I always wanted to buy a Chuwi. But my first two experience is both were used units sold as new. I'm never buying a Chuwi again. 2x this happens. The Chuwi Seljer is opening or selling used units. F++!

  This guy is really outrageous. After tearing open our brand-new packaging, he demanded a refund from us and also asked me to provide him with additional gifts. Not only did he ask for money, but also additional gifts. I really have never seen such a shameless person. I have blocked this buyer. He will never be able to purchase any products in our store again. I suggest that all sellers block this person and prevent him from taking advantage of any products for free

  Recibí el portátil muy mal embalado, un sobre de burbuja abierto y con golpes, entiendo que un portátil aun siendo de gama baja debería venir con un embalaje más robusto, pues aunque enciende y funciona, quien dice que en días el disco duro sobre todo no se resienta por el traqueteo y golpes de transporte ?. Dicha info fue enviada y comentada con el vendedor por privado, pero lo indico aquí para que futuros compradores lo sepan y hagan seguimiento de esta posible mejora por parte del vendedor.
