The downside is that I couldn’t track it , Yodel was telling me that it hadn’t been sent also the sellers app was saying the same thing. Then it had been posted but I couldn’t track it so contacted the seller and got no reply. This was unfortunate as things were going so well. I needed to be kept informed as there is no porch or nothing for safety of parcels. The parcel was left on the main path so anyone could have picked it up

Seller agreed no quibble partial refund, but I still have to make good the damage. Added to being badly packaged the assembly labelling was all wrong; anyone with difficulty understanding how furniture is made / assembled would not have known why the recliner would not fold as advertised.
