  I accidentally ordered a case the wrong model of.phone by mistake. The model is not marked anywhere on the outside of the box, so I had already opened it by the time I realised my mistake and was only eligible for a partial refund. Communication with the seller was sometimes confusing, but always prompt and polite, and the phone case itself is of good quality. (I ordered another one for the right model straight away and am happy with it.)
