    Arrived badly damaged a month ago and still not replaced or resolved. Really like design of cadac but can't find another the same. No use as is, sat in box since I opened. Very disappointed. Seller very slow to respond and offered £25 to resolve bent legs, broken thermostat, bent up drip tray and dented lid. Disgusting. Best avoided.

    Buyer is very disingenuous. The bbq was damaged in transport but the buyer notified us and offered to keep it for a discount. £25 was offered and accepted but the buyer then changed their mind. We agreed to accept it as a return (as with all our products) and sent him a return label. We are still awaiting its return. I would add its a table top so there are no legs, the back corners were slightly pushed in where something heavy must have been dropped on it (or it was dropped!?).
