Ordered 3 blanking plates, despatched in a plastic mailer bag, 2 arrived broken. Seller advised, reply was sent as a “joke” asking if I could glue back together. Advised replacements had been sent, never arrived, and no response to my message stating such.EBay using the original delivery as proof won’t assist.. seller is comedian and a clown.

the joke was sent with an apology a second later, we were just trying to be personal, replacement was sent, did not reply as was on holiday. We do our best to reply within three hours. This type of abuse is completely unacceptable.
