Despite the box in which it was packed being marked "Fragile" it arrived in quite a battered state (see photo) and the postie said that given the condition we could refuse to accept it. There was no apparent leakage so we agreed to take it. Container was indeed undamaged on inspection. No thanks to the "care" it received from Royal Mail, so I thought you should know.
