Morning, A refund was not initially processed as when we spoke on Friday we agreed we would send you another unit due to your order being mixed up with another in error. Seeing your feedback this morning we have decided to process you a full refund immediately which has just gone through now. Again we are really sorry, your parcel last week got handed to the wrong courier which was entirely our fault.
