The parcel was delivered damaged by Royal Mail, wrapped up in a Royal Mail bag. I sent photos to the seller, who couldn't be bothered to respond.
Nice to know if you have a query or problem with your order, the seller has non existent customer service.

Item not received, I have contacted the seller but they DO NOT REPLY, I have opened Item not received and again they DO NOT REPLY.
This seller is happy to take your money but when things go wrong they will not help, I will simply wait and get ebay to step in.

Dispute was opened late on 4 Sep and your message was sent early on 5 Sep – both outside our working hours. The negative feedback appeared before we had any chance to respond. We do not operate 24/7 but always assist when given a fair opportunity. The parcel was shipped on time; the delivery issue was caused by Royal Mail, not by us. The eBay case is open until 9 Sep, and we are working to resolve it within this time frame with Royal Mail and eBay.
