The unit was professionally cleaned inside and outside. It came into protective packaging, had original accessories. The preinstalled operating system in OOBE mode further contributes to create a surprisingly good "brand new computer" experience. Kudos for the accurate test report sheet. Shipping was fast enough. Room for improvement : Clear, binding communication.
