    I messaged the seller to ask if he would be able to ship FedEx, my preferred shipping method, the seller agreed. I asked the seller to update the shipping method/price as needed. I paid for the item on March 16th. The item was not dropped off at FedEx until March 24th. I received the item today, March 27th, and the seller shipped in the actual toy box. No box surrounding it, it was taped and damaged during transit. Extemely disappointed, would absolutely not buy from again.

    you are 100% right and I take full blame as I was out of town and couldn't ship the box from the area I thought I could so there was a delay. Im very sorry. Id be more than happy to give you a full refund if anything was damaged.
