    Excellent communication, as described, shipping was terrible. Absolutely no fault of the seller. I will say it again, absolutely no fault of the seller. The tarp poles were shipped very quickly, shipper drug their feet. The one thing I would suggest is adding an option of shippers, even if the other than free shipping option were paid. I would have paid for the freight to not use USPS. They have time after time demonstrated how to not run a shipping/material handling service.

    I greatly appreciate this seller support and kindness heart to refund full amount of my purchase and also they chosed not to return the item back to them that they were willing to take a lost for the item cost.     This seller was very good. The item did not arrive and was lost in transit by Evri, a full refund was issued without problems. I reordered and it was delivered too late for my purpose by Evri. Again a refund with no problems.
