  The item description is new. This product was clearly refurbished, in like new condition. But not new. They resealed the factory packaging to make the product appear as new. The screen and body had minor appearances of use. I also originally ordered the white color. They told me initially a few days after the order it was delayed. Then told me it was not available anymore and offered a different color and a refund of $12. Very deceptive listing and seller.
