I bought a scooter from this seller broken on 11/01/2024 I contacted him I've explained it to him and he tried to give it to me often money to accept the scooter like this I returned the scooter to him and now he refuses to answer my messages and return my money

When we were waiting for the update of your bank info to issue partial refund as negoiated, we noticed you said you asked DPD for collection already. At the same time, you don't provided us the returned tracking number and no payment path that we could reimburse you the postage. By the way, we had contacted you just now for further help. Buyers beware I paid over £400 pounds for my scooter. I was sent a different one to what I purchased, when charging the plug sparks which is highly dangerous. The scooter did less than a kilometre on a full charge its supposed to be between 40 and 50. The top speed is 13 mph it's supposed to be 28 I have tried contacting seller to no reply. Do yourself a big favour avoid this seller at all costs
