    Not a trustworthy seller; the item arrived damaged, and he sent his own courier to collect it. He would not provide the correct tracking number. Lack of communication. Won't issue a refund. Time waster.

    We received the fire on the exact date that was specified. The fire did have an issue but the seller was very quick to respond and offer a solution. We agreed on a discount due to the issues instead of a return which was very kind of the seller. Great customer service. Thankyou.

    I would NOT recommend this seller. I’ve ordered the fire place on the 26th Dec and on the 17th Jan I was still chasing for the delivery. Three and a half weeks later I placed the order they refunded me, and advised me to place the order again. Just waisted my time. The date they provide upon placing the order is incorrect. Obviously I won’t order anything from them. Customer service is poor, couple of words answers, not explaining what’s happening with your order, and unapologetic.
