    I bought this fire and it got instantly significantly reduced by the seller the day thr fire was delivered. The seller wouldnt do a partial refund. They then told me I was trying to extort them by seeking a partial refund. However when I opened the fire it is not what was sold. You can see from the pictures it is not borderless as advertised, my media wall installer said it is not the fire in the listing. In error I closed a return so ebay can't help and the seller does not reply to messages.

    Hi the item was delivered as described, described as borders need to be hidden in plasterboard as borders hold the glass up which then makes it borderless once installed. Customer is trying to extort us and we have notified wbay of this.

    Please review all negative feedback for this buyer he continually says people try to extort him whenever anyone has a problem. He says the borders need to be covered but the vent is above the top border meaning it can't be covered. He told me to cover the vent. The manual says the vent should not be covered. He is threatening me with a barrister after I saight advice from citizens advice. The item in the images is not the item I received. The sizes are also different.

    I would NOT recommend this seller. I’ve ordered the fire place on the 26th Dec and on the 17th Jan I was still chasing for the delivery. Three and a half weeks later I placed the order they refunded me, and advised me to place the order again. Just waisted my time. The date they provide upon placing the order is incorrect. Obviously I won’t order anything from them. Customer service is poor, couple of words answers, not explaining what’s happening with your order, and unapologetic.

    Hi, the day before shipping the item, customer advised the item is no longer required so we cancelled the order as requested.
