Delivery arrived as expected but item was left outside without a signature. The instructions were forwarded to my email upon request so that the carpenter could start to build the media wall with the measurement requirements but it was forwarded in an open manner where all other recipients could see my personal email as I could theirs. No appology was given even when I brought this up. Apart from that, the product is as described and when turned on, is fun and interesting to look at.

Item delivered early, thank you. Not brilliant from couriers informing me that it would be delivered an in an hour, whilst tracking info was still showing it at collection depot. Well packaged, all appears to be there and no apparent damage but it won't be fitted for another month or so, therefore cannot comment further at this time

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER Item left next to a skip not delivered to door. Once the fire had been installed we noticed the remote had arrived damaged which the seller has accused me of biting the remote, I know the cost of food has risen but I’m not that desperate! Contacted the seller who is very rude and unhelpful. They have advised to send the full fire back which they know is not possible as the fire is already installed. Offered replacement at my own unreasonable expense.

This item was delivered brand new, it was signed for an installed by the customer. The remote was bitten by her dog and over a month later the customer states the remote is faulty. This is clearly not on and our returns policy hasn't been followed. She had been abusing our staff everyday and we will not be taking abuse from anyone. She has been reported to ebay.

Looks so cheap and nasty, not a quality item as advertised. Didn't arrive on time by a mile was left wondering where it was for 2 weeks longer than estimated delivery. Seller was not very helpful trying to find out why it hadn't been delivered yet.

The item was advertised as “in stock” It clearly wasn’t and was ordered by the seller and has apparently been subjected to delays in shipping from outside of the country. It’s disappointing as the item was advertised as being available and in stock on eBay Still have not received the product and we only currently have an estimated arrival date supplied by the seller Can’t comment on the product itself as we don’t have it yet. Hoping it arrives in good condition
