  Phone came well packaged, brand new in sealed box as described. Shipping was only a few weeks instead of the month I expected. Seller was in constant communication the whole time. Phone came unlocked, connected up with my AT&T SIM no problem. For the price, I couldn't have asked for anything more. And extra bonus fun, the phone was set to Korean when I got it, so had to do a little clicking around to get it back to English, but not a big deal. More funny than anything.   Beware fraudulous seller! Item had a defect. Can happen, so the seller agreed to a return but never picked up the item and stopped answering messages. Seller did not refund and stalled the whole process until the 30-day claim period had passed. I had to contact eBay in order to get this resolved. If not the seller would have scammed me out of €500.

  We're always a bit hesitant to buy these kinds of things on eBay when you want them factory sealed, unopened, untouched, etc etc. And boy did this seller deliver.   Communication was fantastic, always got a reply in a timely manner and all the information was even more than requested. The wait time was long but considering it was coming from Asia that's to be expected. The phone at first was "glitchy" deleting contacts, picture's and text's, as well as once the charging wasn't working properly at least the hud said it was charging but extremely slow, I restarted it, it was then fine. not sure what was the issue was, it seem to have resolved itself.
