    My Yasyas elegant 20 inch electric bike was dispatched in good time. There was some damage to the bike in transit but the seller was very helpful and replaced the most damaged part I was concerned about and also offered me an immediate return if I wished. The seller's communication was excellent throughout. They responded to my concerns within minutes and we reached a happy conclusion. I would definitely recommend this seller because their response when things weren't perfect speaks volumes A+++

    The Yasyas electric bike is brilliant and arrived in the delivery window on time ,unfortunately it was damaged by the courier and the front wheel was broken . Upon contacting the seller nothing was too much trouble and they sent me a replacement immediately which I received the next day . ‘PERFECT “ If you are thinking of buying a new bike this guy is a true gentleman and I will be very happy to buy from him again long live British industry.Great job DigiTech 101%

    The ebike is excellent but I ordered one it came in the post it came with full lights watch a stop light .......but the second one I ordered came with one light on the front,,,but with no rear light or stop light ? I checked the photo on eBay and showed back and front lights got no the seller about it and they said they give me a refund of £15 decided to keep the little ebike so just be aware of this when ordering...... back the ebike it very good and fold well
