  a VERY RELUCTANT positive due to the 1st one i received was faulty & they would not take it back, i then had a hell of a job with messages (they did not reply until i pressed them) I eventually got a 2nd unit sent which works so proving the 1st unit was faulty. I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND them. A very poor experience from them, wish i had used ANYONE else but this lot.

  Smooth and pleasant transaction. Item as described, packed well, and shipped fast. Highly recommended seller. Scanner seems to work well so far no issues. When unpacked there is a spot on the screen that I thought would disappear after removing the screen protection film, but didnt. Not distracting enough though to return when viewing slides. Would purchase from again. Thank you!
