I purchased this item it show up with a broken door hinge. so i email the company stated that i want a hinge replacement. They got right back to me. Very nice flow meter and especially for the price. Well made too, solid shiny brass. I'm using it on my Hitbox Mig, and since this unit is also made by hitbox, it should work perfectly. Flowmeter arrived in perfect condition very quickly. I would offer a suggestion to cushion the flowmeter in crumbled newspaper within the box to avoid any damage. Mine came through just fine, but it was rattling around in the box. Great purchase, would definitely recommend this seller.

I ordered this welder and it didn t work. I contacted seller and they went out of their way to make it right. They promptly sent a new upgraded welder to replace it. This welder welds great.
