    Very happy with the service from this seller. Very helpful with my questions and got back to me promptly. Which helped me to decide to proceed with purchasing the laptop and it was as described. Delivery was fast and kept me informed on the tracking. I would definitely use them again. Bit to early to review the laptop as not used it much yet but all seem fine and hopefully it’s stay’s that way. Once again thank you Dinotech for the smooth transaction.

    Following an issue with the original laptop they discovered before dispatch, we got into communication about alternatives. They suggested 2 alternatives (or full refund). Both were sensible alternatives and I chose one. This arrived promptly. So excellent communications, good assistance with my issue and once that was resolved, prompt delivery. I will certainly consider them again in the future.

    Ordered and paid Sat 26-04-25, Royal Mail received package 4 days later Wed 30-04-25 and arrived next Day around 12:00. Well packaged using bubble wrap, box then plastic and drive in sealed anti static bag. Drive S.M.A.R.T. Test all OK. Read 267.60MB/s Above average & Write 232.92MB/s normal spec. Very happy with purchase. Could have been dispatched quicker. The next cheapest supplier was an extra £43 and no eBay assurances. I'll take that as a compromise. 5 stars :)
