  The box arrived almost completely destroyed and the paint is heavily scratched. The item arrived almost a month later than projected with few updates. Customer service at DHL only provided generic emails and were not available by phone. Updates never provided shipping updates. The seller was unhelpful and frankly seemed apathetic to lack of shipping information after dropping the item off for shipping. Shipping fees initially seemed reasonable but I would pay three times as much to avoid DHL.

  Ordered via international shipping programme to be delivered to the USA. Once we deliver to the forwarding courier in our country the delivery is out of our hands and dealt by with ebay and their organised courier.
