They sent the spare on the same day so it arrived far more quickly than anticipated and when my mechanic discovered it didn't fit (my car's PAS pipe seemed to have different configuration to any of the same year) they accepted it back with no quibble and the money, less 15% which is quite understandable re expenses and time - has been refunded. great company.
