The card itself is lovely, and safely packaged, no creases, but the tracking is less than useless. Royal Mail only "update when delivery has been attempted", and even though I've finally got it, it still gives no information. A bit disappointed really.Reply from: direct.gifts- Feedback replied to by seller direct.gifts.- Feedback replied to by seller direct.gifts.To keep prices low we use a service which only updates on delivery. If we used a fully tracked service we would have to charge extra for this which would make the cards too expensive. You can opt to choose 1st Class or fully tracked services when checking out but we do charge extra for this. We are aware that there are currently delays with Royal Mail in some areas which is causing some customers to receive their items later than expected, we apologise if this happened here.
