  Thank You to the seller for dispatching these Flea Drops so quickly and as mentioned over our emails together I am sending these back to you once I have reached the Post Office and mailed them safely and securely back to the seller where a signature will be required upon delivery. Thank you Dear Seller for allowing me to return these Flea Drops totally unopened and still sealed in their original packaging for my £17.77 full refund.   Not rec'd and NOT sellers fault. Royal Mail delivered & put outside my gate which was open, R/Mail left it practically on main busy pedestrian road (have pic). Pure laziness as I was in all day plus 18 residential flats they cld've buzzed to take in. I've emailed R/Mail to say disgusted. Got refund fr ebay. This was NOT as mentioned not the sellers fault. That postie shld be sacked/reprimanded. No hope for future deliveries. Couriers more 'concerned'. Fact.

  ordered two sized items arrived in one package from seller. Neither fit; returned in one package. S sent a free royal mail label and both put into one package. Two items total £38.51, ie £19.75 and £18.76. Seller hasn't refunded me £18.76 and expect they'll claim non receipt of £18.76 which is untrue, aka a lie. From £19.75 item, without explanation or a reason, S deducted £9.88, and now fails to reply to my messages asking why. Referred matter to ebay. S has kept £28.63! S is being dishonest
