Bought this and when it came, the whole of the box was ripped, almost destroyed. Come to put it together, the instructions were all destroyed and could barely read anything considering they were near ripped in half, also came with no screws/fixings to be able to put together. Says on the conditions New: Other, claiming slight damage to box, when in reality it had chunks out of it. The whole frame has scratches on it. I want a full refund and another sending out.
