We specialise in fixing and refurbing products. The amount of pollution from electrical waste is increasing rapidly so we deal with high street shops which customers have returned a product back to the shop which could be due to the customer not liking the product, missing accessories or faulty. Our Certified Engineers refurbish the product and anything which can not be refurbished we recycle so it doesn't have a negative impact on the natural environment.
There are different type of gradings we have:
Brand New (The product is new and not been opened)
New Other (The product is new, just the box is damaged)
Refurbished (The product has been refurbished by our certified engineers)
Used (The product has been refurbished by our certified engineers but there may be marks as the product has been used)
When a product is past the end of it's life and not sellable there are charities which are happy to take the product and give to families which may not be able to afford it.
