The Seller sent out replacement strings via 24 hour tracked delivery after I reported a manufacturing fault with the product - not the sellers fault as the strings are in a sealed box. These guys are my new go-to for all guitar bits 'n bobs, I recommend you do the same, cannot recommend enough. A credit to ebay 😀
