If you have the right access when ordering and a good understanding how it works you can get the discount when placing your order otherwise you can contact seller and get a refund as I did. It will probably take a while as mine did but I did get it. Well pleased with seller and would buy from again!

One of the items from my combined shipping with the proper access or at least a better understanding your discount can be taken when placing your order.
