    Tracking showed my shipment was delivered in/around mailbox. I watched the mail delivery that day and item was not delivered. I reported this on Ebay and received a message stating a report was filed. Heard nothing directly from this supplier however, a refund was issued approximately 5 to 6 days later. Things happen and this supplier made it right. I would not hesitate to purchase from Discount-Merchant again.

    I ordered a new projection TV bulb What I got came in pretty quick, but there was a mixup that sent out and I did not receive, but I did receive a refund because they had to order it and it was too far out, The matter was taken care of and attended to rock.     Still have not received this item after so long; seller has not contacted me even though I have requested convo to discuss what happened. Seller sent me bogus item in place and NOT tv lamp as advertised and paid for. I have not heard from EBAY about product or refund.
