  Bed arrived in box smashed to pieces. The box itself shows little sign of damage. Lost for words. Beyond unacceptable. Based on this experience would not for 1 second consider ordering anything through this supplier again and I suggest anyone reading this take note. The seller may well, nay should, rectify the problem. Still, this should not happen. That bed frame was smashed before the box was sealed because as I say, little sign of any damage on the exterior of the box.
