    Horrible seller, buyers beware! Seller ships very poorly, shiping figures in a bag with no protection. My item was damaged in shipping, it was smashed and the bag was stuck to the package causing damage. As a collector this is unacceptable. Seller has a listing for 5 more of the exact item but has increased the price significantly and refused to send a replacement. Seller argued saying they didn't have anymore to send a replacement. I will never buy from again. Talking to the seller is useless.

    The sheet set I bought did not have the full description and was missing two pillowcases out of the 4 the item states it includes. Seller seemed not to believe me and state he would return with a response from a manager and never did in 3 days. Totally disappointing customer service and don’t recommend this seller.

    I reached out to the seller and asked if the item was MOC (Mint on Box) I was told by the seller that the box was in pristine condition. After receiving the figure (shipping box did NOT had any damage whatsoever) the figure was not in “Pristine” condition; after reaching out to the seller for a return, yes they agreed to accept the return but they proceeded to tell me that if I was an in box collector then “I should just buy locally” so I could pick the condition of myself. Very rude IMO
