  Item sold as brand new and sealed, arrived in a plastic sleeve not sealed with ripped/torn inserts and inserts stuck to inside of case. Seller incredibly slow at replying and has not answered any of my questions. Returned the item and it arrived back with the seller this morning yet still waiting for a refund. All round poor service from start to finish.

  AS EXPLAINED THIS IS HOW THE LP IS IVE SOLD A FEW ON HERE TO NORMAL CUSTOMERS WITHOUT A PROBLEM AND WITH POSITIVE FEEDBACK. SLOW AT REPLYING LOL YOU GOT TO BE ON 24/7 WITH THIS CUSTOMER ITEM DELIVERED WHEN I WAS OUT CANT REFUND UNTIL I SEE WHATS BEEN RETURNED, REFUNDED BEFORE I GOT HOME BECAUSE OF CONSTANT MESSAGES AND TO TRY AND AVOID A NEGATIVE. ONCE HOME FIND OUT IVE HAD A DIFFERENT LP RETURNED TO THE ONE POSTED, BLOCKED AND REPORTED. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS ONE FUMING!!!!!

  The response to my honest and truthful feedback shows exactly the type of person this seller is. Trying to justify the poor and wrongly listed condition by saying they have sold them to other buyers and got positive feedback?! Blatantly lying and leaving me feedback saying I returned a different LP, when I returned the exact LP the day I opened it and saw that the condition was not what it was listed as. It’s shocking to me that they’ve sold so many items, when this is how they have act.

  The item has arrived in perfect condition as described however the final delivery stage via Royal Mail has been rather sluggish (it took probably 3-4 days since receiving the item to deliver it) + they left the item outside my front door door despite me duly awaiting the delivery at home. Seems they could not be bothered to press the doorbell. Would change the delivery agent in the seller's place. Bests, IK
