    I can not say enough about these kind sellers! The post office destroyed my print. The sellers had packaged it well. I don't blame them at all. The usps destroyed it TWICE. I sent the seller a message and said, I give up. Not your fault. But they sent me a THIRD ONE ANYWAY that I didnt expect! FINALLY I RECEIVED ONE UNDAMAGED! I RECOMMEND AND WOULD USE THIS SELLER AGAIN! THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCT AND CUSTOMERS!!!

    Very happy and great communications. Had all kinds of trouble . The post office lost the package for a month and half got a refund no problem then the item showed up . Not due to the seller issues. Was great to deal with and re-purchased the item both side are good and would do business again with this seller!!!!!! Thank you again....

    Seller was excellent to work with & has great communication! Part of the purchased magic trick was missing as was the 'free trick' if full price was paid. I wrote to seller to inform him & he was very quick to correct these errors! He sent the missing piece, plus the free trick, plus a second free trick just to be kind & make amends for the initial mistake! Sellers like these are rare! Have added him to my favorite sellers list! My two sons love the magic tricks!! Thank you so much!!

    Seller has not responded and an item purchased on the 7th, never was sent! On the 12th, I received a response finally and he was going to look into it. We reside in the same state and now Father's Day being the 15th, I will not be able to gift the item I purchased. Tony states his motto about doing a job good and all about customer service but when I sent follow up messages and then yesterday asked for a refund, crickets like before. I'm not asking for a favor, I just wanted what I paid for.

    Ebay refunded as Seller neglected to respond to them or us. Very poor experience because a simple refund would have suffice versus the way the member ignored, let the allotted time to expire for resolution and then dumped it onto eBay to resolve. This highly reflects the level of character and lack of responsibility this Seller has and I do not recommend. I get life happens but refunding would have avoided the drag of recouping funds via eBay.
