I don't blame them at all. The usps destroyed it TWICE. I sent the seller a message and said, I give up. Not your fault. But they sent me a THIRD ONE ANYWAY that I didnt expect! FINALLY I RECEIVED ONE UNDAMAGED! I RECOMMEND AND WOULD USE THIS SELLER AGAIN! THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCT AND CUSTOMERS!!!

On the 12th, I received a response finally and he was going to look into it. We reside in the same state and now Father's Day being the 15th, I will not be able to gift the item I purchased. Tony states his motto about doing a job good and all about customer service but when I sent follow up messages and then yesterday asked for a refund, crickets like before. Very poor experience because a simple refund would have suffice versus the way the member ignored, let the allotted time to expire for resolution and then dumped it onto eBay to resolve. This highly reflects the level of character and lack of responsibility this Seller has and I do not recommend. I get life happens but refunding would have avoided the drag of recouping funds via eBay.
