This seller is superb - Royal Mail accidentally delivered it to the wrong click & collect location, so when I went to collect it at the correct location, it wasn't there. I messaged the seller and they got straight on Royal Mail and got it sorted and I was able to collect the next business day. The printer is in fantastic condition.
