  Item pictured is not what was sent. It was the same but the stone was damaged - it was cracked and missing a part of. That was not what was shown - shown it wasn't cracked, and the natural stone was whole. I sent the seller 2 messages and no response. I'm guessing the seller was hoping to get rid of a subpar item without complaint. I'm complaining. Sell what you picture don't sub in damaged goods.

  I hate being forced to type a feedback before I’m able to send reviews with STARZ. This is the fault of eBay, forcing customers to fill out this aspect of feedback earrings were delivered late by a different carrier so excuse my request for a refund thank you.

  This necklace arrived broken! This is the second time I’ve ordered from you never, ever again. Please refund my money. I will continue using my 6 Top Sellers I’ve been using for years. Refund, next step is showing eBay your work that’s shotty at best.
