    Instead of the kettle that I ordered for £15.95 I received the one that the seller wanted to get rid of. I contacted the seller and sent him the photo.He admitted that it was his mistake but instead of refunding me or sending the kettle that I ordered he wants me to keep what he sent.I refused as I paid for the kettle that I saw in the picture and paid for that, he stopped communicating with me. So,no kettle,no money. It's horrible.I will never buy anything from this seller,I won't recommend him

    Item was the wrong colour – seller insisted it was correct. I received the wrong colour, but the seller kept arguing it was the right one, even though it clearly wasn’t. It was frustrating having to go back and forth just to get them to acknowledge the issue. They did refund me eventually, but the whole experience was unnecessarily difficult. Would not buy from this seller again.
