  I highly recommend buy from louise as i had purchased a item which did not arrive , after contacting louise she resent the item to which i recieved , on inspection the date on the packaging was the original order which got lost in post through no fault of louise , i offered to send back the new order to which she told me to keep with her compliments , which was very nice her over help and understanding also the product itself was perfect , so thanks again loise for you help .

  Thank you for my items. Delivery was very quick, the packaging very sturdy and fit for purpose. Great quality and price. Above all the service and communication was unparalleled. The seller went above and beyond to help ascertain the particular part I needed and offered to send another if it didn't work. The advice was correct and my furniture restored.   The package was taking too long to arrive so I contacted the customer service and Louise was awesome, she sent me a replacement on the same day which arrived 2 days after postage and she was great, very helpful! The bolts are exactly as described on the listing. Thank you :)

  Item as described and of good quality in new condition. Good value for money. Delivery was slow due to the item being dispatched from Germany and not the UK, so one to bear in mind if you need the item quickly. Good communication with the seller - professional and courteous.
