    I discovered that the seller sent me the wrong kit. I opened a return request, and the seller messaged me that I can return the kit in exchange for the correct one. The seller then closed the Return Request Case. The seller neglected to send me a Return Shipping Label, so I cannot return the kit for exchange. I am escalating this issue with eBay, the seller can provide me an exchange for the correct kit that I purchased, or I will receive a full refund. Seller then took vacation until 12/11/24

    All your post is not true. We were on vacation and out store was listed as on vacation during your purchase. You purchased the wrong kit and requested us to pay for your return shipping.
