Have used the company for a long time but have noticed an increase in issues recently. This time they did not despatch for over two weeks and only then after I messaged. They never replied. Also the order was short by two labels. I’m sure they have their reasons but no communication doesn’t give a great customer experience.

Initially very long supply date but proceeded anyway. They didn’t supply the product and would not confirm a reason. They refused to engage with me. After numerous attempts to resolve the issue and get a refund I was ignored to the point I eventually had to asked eBay to step in to resolve the issue. I was then refunded promptly. In hindsight I should have went with another supplier with quicker turnaround.
