    Good, simple transaction from a great Ebayer. The delivery was poor. DHL attempted delivery only once without warning, They then dumped the parcel at one of their parcel shops. They sent an email advising the parcel was too big to leave at the shop. Then 2 emails advising that the parcel was at the shop. DHL are impossible to contact and speak to anyone. They are just a very poor courier. By contrast, the service from the seller was first class. My advice to them is to dump DHL and Paclink

    I am really pleased with my socket set and the excellent service from this company. The courier service delivering the heavy socket set must of dropped it in transit breaking one of the plastic clips securing the socket case. I contacted the seller and they immediately dispatched 1st class post a replacement clip which I have now fitted. Brilliant service and wonderful to experience a company who really care about their customers.

    I was notified the item was dispatched 7th January 2024, which was 4 days after order placement and it arrived on 8th January 2024, which was 5 days after order placement. The advert stated delivery to be 2-3 days. The item was however as described and well packaged upon delivery, which just about tipped my feedback from neutral to positive.
