The item is NOT genuine …. I contacted the seller and it takes them 24+ to respond to a message. They offered me 30% refund as they stated the shipping charges are expensive (even though the advert says they are UK stock). The bottom disc on the cup is out of line ….. I’m still waiting for my FULL refund !!! Not a genuine product ☹️
