    overall this wasn’t a terrible buying experience but 2 things make it so that i would not buy from this seller again: the package came completely wrapped in tape. it was hard to get open without a pair of scissors and then i was worried that i would cut into the cloth of the bag purchased since it was so tightly wrapped. 2nd, the seller put my phone number on the outside of the package. 100% not cool and totally unnecessary.

    WE STATE IN OUR DESCRIPTION THAT WE PACK TIGHTLY *& SECURELY SO THE POSTAGE MACHINERY DOESN'T "CHEW INTO" OUR PRECIOUS PACKAGES. THE USPS MACHINES ARE HARD ON SOFT PKGs. IF YOU HV A POST BOX IN A VERY SMALL/RURAL TOWNS; THEY WILL CALL THE CUSTOMER TO LET THEM KNOW THEY HV A PACKAGE @THEIR BLDG. WE WILL DBL-CK & RE-VISIT THIS PRACTICE; AS IT'S THE 1st TIME TO HEAR WE "WRAP THIS TYPE ITEM "TOO" TIGHTLY. THANK YOU FOR YOUR FEEDBACK. RESPECTFULLY, DIZ
