    Cd seen as new but covered in scratches. I contact him and he offers me a refund once the cd is returned. So I have to pay the return costs and also lose the shipping costs since he only refunds me the price of the cd when the evaluation error is his.

    Hang on, there was a listing error by myself, but I offered you a £10 discount to keep (which is more than the item). If you wanted to return, you would have been refunded all the costs. You never once asked to return. Thank you.

    Exemplary seller. CD and inserts are genuinely like new, despite age. This is an issue I’ve had with some other buyers who list ‘like new’ to justify higher prices. This seller does not do that. Well done. Great, considerate packaging too.
