  Seller used a cheaper and far less reliable service than the one quoted in the listing and the item arrived on Monday instead of the quoted Friday (order placed at 1638 on Wedneday). Then fobbed me off by saying they were doing me a favour. If it had arrived on the Saturday that would have been fine too but no, had to make a 2 hour round trip to go and buy another item. In the 'notes' section when making the purchase I did ask for the item to be despatched ASAP. No apology for inconvenience

  Extremely entitled customer! Listing included Parcelforce 24 tracked next day collection. However, purchasing an item at 16.38 does not qualify for next day collection. Customer requested parcel be sent out ASAP. Decided to use the next best Royal Mail tracked 24 hour service and dropped parcel at the post office Thursday 9.30am. Customer was also refunded the difference in shipping price. I have had a barrage of messages from Friday calling me unprofessional as well as other things. AVOID
