    This is not against you, but royal mail for their poor service. This should have arrived Friday, but was delayed by them. Then should have arrived by 12.25 Saturday morning. By 1.30 it still hadn’t arrived so went out for an hour, expecting to find the package when I got home, but instead received a message that they had attempted delivery. Desperately needed this pipe but they failed to deliver. This morning, they posted through the letterbox. Could have done that Saturday. Not happy!

    Prix correct, Matériel correct, et heureusement car le colis était ouvert sur quasi toute sa longueur.. Par contre pour le transport et le suivi, c’est d’une lenteur inégalée alors que cela vient « que » d’Angleterre: 2 jours dans la logistique anglaise et 3 jours en France avant d’être livré, changez de prestataire, les services postaux de nos pays sont vraiment trop lent. Surtout pour un si petit colis (15x15x3cm) J’ai fait une commande aux Usa sur 3 dépôts et reçue plus rapidement .. !!

    First class service thanks, you always have slight concerns when getting anything with glass delivered , but this was well packaged,the item is perfect quality haven't used it yet as I'm waiting for a gas bottle to be delivered, totally recommend this seller
